Die Lage ist sehr zentral auf der Insel und doch ruhig im grünen. Gastgeber, Zimmer, Unterkunft und Garten suchen Ihresgleichen! Ich werde davon noch meinen Kindern erzählen!

The place sits in a superb spot, just a short walk from every point of interest. Every morning we could grab breakfast on a “help yourself” basis, which let us eat at our own pace. We stayed in a superb suite with two bedrooms and bathrooms, so nobody had to wait. The second bedroom was spacious and perfect for our daughter. The gardens were large and we could stroll along the nearby river. The hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Everything was excellent and there was nothing that could have been improved.

The Mill House is an absolutely stunning place, set in beautiful grounds, which you can explore or even just sit and relax in. The moment I arrived there I had the warmest of welcomes from the hosts, Robert and KC, they over the four days I stayed could not have done enough for me, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen, dining room, sitting room are stunning, exceptional. The River Room is the room I stayed in, it was beautifully decorated, the bed was probably the comfiest ive ever slept in, the bedding was immaculate, the attention to detail was first class., there are patio doors which lead out to the balcony which has table and chairs, this overlooks the gardens. The bathroom is enormous with a bath and shower over it, the underfloor heating is an added bonus. Towels are of a very high quality, robes are also provided, as are body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and not just the tiny little sachet ones, even the loo roll is quality stuff. The hairdryer is really powerful. Tea tray also provided. Television provided. Breakfast was healthy options, fresh fruits, yoghurts, juices, cereal, croissants, breads, cheeses and every preserve you could possibly think of. Tea and coffee too. Honestly I can not recommend The Mill House enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would. After thinking long and hard, there isnt a single negative I could think of, the place is perfect
