When I booked, I asked a few questions and the owner replied quickly and warmly. I booked the cheapest room, which was a bit small, but the value was good. Breakfast seemed to be made by the owner’s mom, it was delicious and generous. The owner’s dad was also very nice; while my kids were playing outside, he brought a mat to keep us warm. The courtyard looks pretty. I booked a hot‑air balloon with the owner, it didn’t fly, but the refund was prompt.

Even though it’s a new cave room, the smell is still strong… the fat staff member’s service was poor! Parking at the entrance is difficult, so drive‑in guests should be careful.

Alojamento que excede as expectativas. Excelente localização, quarto extremamente confortável e bem decorado. Um terraço com uma vista muito boa para os balões e para toda a localidade de Goreme. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom e variado. Funcionários muito atenciosos e o Mehmet esteve sempre disponível para esclarecer qualquer tipo de dúvida e partilhar os melhores sítios e atividades para se fazer durante a estadia

Everything! The hotel’s spot is perfect, the cave room adds a lot to the Cappadocia vibe, the terrace lets you watch the balloons in the morning, the breakfast is exceptional, and details like free coffee or the afternoon rice pudding ♥️ are great. Everyone working there is nice, friendly, warm, and helpful. 10/10!
