Everything was comfortable and the hotel ran smoothly; it was peaceful and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was very good. The only downside was that the beautiful gardens kept biting my wife with insects whenever we sat in the shade.

El palacio es una maravilla, el personal muy agradable, correctos pero cercanos, y el ambiente es tranquilo. Todo muy correcto. Es un hotel diferente, tiene un encanto especial

El personal es magnífico, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, jardines y terraza muy bonitos. El desayuno en la terraza es una experiencia. Las habitaciones no tienen buenas vistas exteriores, es quizá un problema de El Puerto y del tipo de edificios de la ciudad.
