I expected the worst for the price, but the hotel was surprisingly clean and well maintained, and the staff were kind and professional.

We booked this hotel and found it disgusting, from the rooms to the smells, and there were bugs; the ceilings had mold and wet spots, and one side of the hotel was a “party area” that the manager admitted was unusually loud; it’s definitely not family‑friendly. We asked for a refund and were denied by both the hotel and the booking site, even though we never checked in or stayed; after seeing what the manager showed us, we concluded it was unsafe and unclean.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast had a good variety, but the moment we opened the door there was a musty odor; we sprayed air freshener and then everything was fine.
