The recent remodel is evident, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the staff are very attentive and helpful; at the end of our departure they even helped us store our luggage. It’s very close to the terminal and has excellent bus connections.

The hotel was very close to Termini and stayed quiet even at night. The value for money was good, and the staff were friendly. There were no negatives.

A 5‑minute walk to Roma Termini. The staff were nice and helpful. The outside was plagued by vandalism and graffiti, which made other guests feel uneasy. The bathroom lights are sensor‑activated, so if you’re sitting in the toilet you’ll find it dark 😅.

I arrived earlier than the check‑in time, had my luggage taken to the room, and was told how long it would take for the room to be fully ready. The room had everything needed, and the location was convenient.
