Super war die Atmosphäre ,Freundlichkeit und Gastlichkeit .Als Alleinreisende ältere Frau fühlte ich mich ausgesprochen wohl. Man merkte hier steht der Gast im Mittelpunkt.Suer war die Lage nshe des Landungsstegs. Super war das Essen. Eigentlich nichts,höchsten der Stuhl im Zimmer (Bauernmöbel) hätte gepolstert sein können.Wäre zwar nicht mehr stilecht ,aber bequemer gewesen

A lovingly furnished small hotel. We had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel is centrally located in Hagnau and the public transport connection is excellent. The hosts create a family‑like atmosphere, making you feel like friends and well taken care of, which also positively affects the interactions among guests. They offer tips for activities, and if something is missing, they always find a solution. Thanks to Jasmin, Carsten, and the team.

Pre‑arrival communication was flawless, the hosts were very friendly, the breakfast was great, the location is very central, there is a paid parking spot nearby, and I would definitely come back.
