The staff were phenomenal—super kind, helpful, and clear, and they solved all our "problems" with a smile, but the room was tiny yet still offered good value for money.
“Para el olvido”
Only the location was good, but the walls were dirty, the sockets had no electricity, the blanket was stained with blood, and the night receptionist didn't speak English.
They set up an adapted room with separate beds before we got here, and everything was ready when we arrived. The staff even offered to adjust our check‑in time. I found the hotel through a booking site and had told them I use a wheelchair; the listing claimed it was accessible. When we got there, two steps at the entrance caught me off guard, and no one asked if I could manage them. The manager stared in surprise and didn’t suggest a solution or help with my bags or electric wheelchair. I had to find assistance myself for all three nights, ending up at 11 p.m. The tourist tax is €5.53 per person, a 30 cl bottle of water costs €2, and the hotel cleans daily. The pillows are very uncomfortable, and the shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap are all in one container. Doors lock with an electronic key card. If you’re a woman alone in a wheelchair, you’ll have to be a feminist because the male staff won’t offer help. I’m giving 2 stars because Kevin compensated for some of the inconvenience.
Dirty, with cockroaches, breakfast on a dirty table and no decaf available, very few power outlets, and I had to plug my kettle into the floor.

Breakfast was very good, the location is in a nice neighborhood, but the street was noisy that Saturday night and we had to keep the window shut despite the heat.
