“Good one but....”

Nice accommodation, very near to Mt. Pinatubo tour entrance. Dogs and puppies were roaming around freely and often bothered guests while they were eating at the outdoor tables. The air conditioning in Room No. 1 was also not cold enough. In addition, the 4x4 tour vehicle was quite old and smelled strongly of gas throughout the trip.

“Not worthwhile.”

Only the location is good. It’s not up to the price paid for. The airconditioning and lighting is poor. They don’t provide complimentary water in the room. The wall paint is falling off. The bathroom fixtures are below basic. The staff are kind but can’t provide even basic information. We had to get off early at 5am so we requested a packed breakfast but they said they don’t do that and insisted we eat breakfast that early— I find this inflexibility insane— even big city hotels do that. And, they close the kitchen at 5pm— you can’t order dinner after 5pm, and there are no reliable restaurants or places to eat in the area. The only good thing about this stay is that the owner let us leave our bags and allowed us to use their shower after check out. But overall, this accommodation is not value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend this to friends in the future.
