The manager was helpful and fixed the TV remote issue, and the breakfast offered a good selection of cheeses; I liked the coffee machine that made cappuccino, latte, and other coffees, and the sound of the running river was very relaxing. The towels could have been a bit whiter.

The breakfast was solid, but the suite didn't feel as cozy as I'd hoped.

The breakfast was excellent and Mr. Marcelo provided very courteous service, but the towels were lacking and the room‑cleaning staff were not up to par.
