The staff were very helpful and the view was nice. However, the room access was not very friendly for disabled people, and when we arrived there were many ants and two cockroaches. There was no hot water at all, and during our two‑day stay the electricity went out each night; the first outage lasted over an hour. Food options were limited and overpriced for the average taste. Overall, the score is 6 out of 10.
