“El paraiso de la tranquilidad”
The staff, especially Sandy and her wife, were incredibly attentive, while I found it necessary to bring plenty of mosquito repellent because they would occasionally startle us.

The staff at reception, kitchen, and housekeeping were wonderful, answering complaints and providing contacts for other regional services, and the breakfast was very complete; the pool was nice, with a beach view and kept clean. However, we had to ask the hotel to speak to some guests about the loud personal speakers, and it would be better if such devices were not allowed since the hotel markets itself as a place for disconnecting and relaxing. The team handled the situation well, but the food variety could improve, and there were many mosquitoes; they gave us tablets but we still felt uneasy about possible disease transmission.
The location is quiet, the food is good, and the staff are friendly; the room and bathroom are spacious.
