The spot was great, but the curtains were broken and couldn’t close properly.

The hotel was very close to the city center and lakefront, with nice and tidy interiors. However, there was no bidet even though the bathroom space could have accommodated one (there was a shower next to the toilet). There wasn’t even a small bottle of water in the fridge—how many small bottles of water are expected for a guest who just arrives?

The location was excellent and checking in was a breeze. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired – there were several hairs in the bathroom. The most annoying part of the room was the light that flooded in from the very first morning; the blackout curtains only started halfway up the window. I also didn’t like being asked what time I intended to leave before I even had a chance to enter the room.
