The view was beautiful, yet the heating was poor; we arrived in early spring and it was chilly, and the heating took forever to warm up.

The cabin and lake were beautiful, and the environment felt like a relaxed camping setup, which was wonderful during the week; over the weekend, however, campers checked in without reading posted signs, entered the cabin without knocking or pounding on the front or back door, and tried to get someone's attention.

The cabin was very lovely and very clean, and the service was prompt and friendly, but there were numerous small white styrofoam balls along the shore of the lake that needed to be cleaned up.

The location was beautiful and very easy to find, close to local shopping and a larger city, yet it felt like a getaway; the shower and sink in the bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned well, and the cabin had thick dust on the fans that fell when they were turned on; overall it was a great experience but could definitely use a deep clean.
