The staff were friendly, but the air conditioning was poor.

I was looking for a comfortable place on the outskirts of Istanbul, and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. Everyone on the staff was friendly, especially the night receptionist when I arrived and the people who served breakfast. The breakfast spread was generous and tasty—more than I’d expect from a chain. My room was spotless and cozy.

The stay was very pleasant. They were flexible and let me stay a few extra hours for my late‑evening flight.
