You can get bottled water, the department store and a nice shopping street are nearby, and the front desk staff speak English well. The bathroom was not clean, there was even trash, the toilet had blood, and my travel companion was allergic to the bed for a day.

The location is good, close to Lotte Department Store and Lotte Supermarket, the room is fairly new, has a sink, and the sea‑view room has a great view. I stayed three days and two nights; on the second day the room wasn’t cleaned, the cleanliness needs improvement, the sheets were a bit yellow and seemed not freshly changed, the bathroom mat was a bit worn, and the hotel towels were not used. The elevator had no control.

I booked on the same day while heading down to Busan, and arrived around 3 pm. I had to park, so I searched for parking and a twin room and booked the top‑most property without checking the location. I was worried about the parking because it was difficult, but they helped me out (I paid the fee and was grateful for the good guidance). I saw the front desk staff struggling with my car, and I’m not sure if they upgraded my room because it was a weekday or something, but they did upgrade me and I ended up resting comfortably on the 18th floor with a great view. The view was really amazing! I woke up around 4 am and looked outside, it was a dream! I attached a photo. I asked about breakfast, and a male staff member said it was available for 14,000 KRW, then another staff member told me breakfast was not available. The staff communication seemed a bit off. I would have liked breakfast. There’s a cafe on the first floor but it seems not operating.

Everything is good except for the soundproofing. The shutters don’t block the noise, so the boat sounds were too loud and I couldn’t sleep.
