The location is good and the staff are an 8 out of 10. There was no rule about smoking in the outdoor area, so it was allowed. I ordered a petit gâteau and it arrived cold; the cook still didn’t think it was acceptable that it was cold.

This hotel in Paulínia was surprising… I took my kids to the Jaguariuna Rodeo Festival (just 30 minutes from the hotel) and everything went very well. The only downsides were 01) paying for parking, since the daily rate is already high, and 02) having more waiters in the restaurant. On a Saturday night I had to search for the menu and look for waiters (there were very few).
