The guy at the reception was very helpful. There were people playing music till the ams, people making noise in the passages, the cleaning staff go around knocking on people’s doors early in the morning and making noise in the passage💔

“Place has potential but More experienced staff or Manager needed”

Close to the FNB stadium Top security guys at the gate were highly respective and very helpfu,l wish the same energy can be taken by the staff. At Check in time my room was not vacant yet and had to be booked in a different room No iron, one plate no glasses no cultery and no dish cloths A person staying next to us got lost and was able to access the door using his card by mistake big question mark on security risk Staff has to do better and be more professional when receiving guests and make sure their stay is well taken care off

“Over all it is good place for family”

Nice clean hotel in a peaceful area with verity of close by restaurants mostly halal friendly. I Guess it is bit over priced according to different accommodation in surroundings
