My stay at this hotel was lovely, with a great location close to the ski resort and a clean environment. However, the apartment itself was owned by a private individual within the hotel complex, and the payment process was quite complicated, as I had to make a bank transfer to a Georgian account, which was difficult for me as a non-resident. Luckily, the front desk staff were very helpful and assisted me.
The hotel was far from the city center, and at night you could hear everything through the wall.
