“Great stay in Palatka!”
The location is great, right on the river with restaurants within walking distance, the room is very clean and nice, and breakfast was also great, though I felt the prices were a bit high.

The hotel’s position relative to my destinations was excellent, and the sea view from the back was unexpectedly quaint and pleasantly surprising; everything else was perfect, with nothing to criticize.

I was very impressed with the location, the comfort of the room, and the amenities, yet the customer service of one particular desk staff member was off, and the parking area had some shortcomings.

The place was okay, but the linens could be better, and the mattress and pillows were lacking. The AC ran loudly all night and wouldn’t turn off for a while—yes, we know how to work the AC—until we unplugged it at about 6 am.
