We actually loved the place and the owners are very friendly; the view of Nuwara Eliya at night is amazing, and I would like to visit again.

The room offered a great mountain view and was quite spacious, but the humidity was overwhelming, with the sheets feeling damp at night. The hot water was unreliable, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and the windows fogged up so I couldn't see outside. Overall, the place felt cold, damp, and not very welcoming.

The view was fantastic and the rooms were freshly cleaned and new. The living area was charming, and they even provided plates for your own food. The location is convenient, just a 10‑minute walk to town. Nothing else to complain about.

The property sits about a 10‑minute walk from the town centre, along a small path between other buildings, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the stay left us somewhat dissatisfied: the room was cold, with no heating or air conditioning, so we were chilly at night. Nuwara Eliya sits at roughly 1,800 metres above sea level, so some heating would have been welcome. Also, the website did not make clear that the accommodation is not made up of fully private, self‑contained units; the rooms share a common living area, a detail that should be clarified when booking.
