The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, staff are excellent, breakfast is rich with tasty food, and it’s very good value; however it’s far from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, in a business and residential area, not ideal for tourists, and it gets hot with the air‑conditioner not working properly.

The accommodation was clean, the room matched the photo with a comfortable bed, it’s close to Mỹ Đình Stadium for concerts, the lobby is spacious and surrounded by many eateries so you won’t feel hungry, and moving around is fine; the front‑desk staff were not fully coordinated, there were a few hiccups at check‑in but they were resolved, so no major issues, just hoping for better consistency.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of issues, starting with the fact that they tried to charge me extra fees for using my card, despite stating that all costs were included. This led me to feel that they were trying to push me towards paying in cash, which was a major turn-off. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this hotel.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant, with everything going smoothly and being satisfactory. However, I was caught off guard by the laundry fees, which I hadn't anticipated and felt were unfair given that I hadn't been informed about them from the start. Despite this, I still managed to leave the hotel feeling happy and content.
