The location was good and the rooms were tidy, the staff were friendly, and manager Prakash was very helpful and cooperative—he made us feel like we were at home.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to the surroundings. I was really looking forward to a hassle-free stay, but things started to go wrong from the moment I arrived. I had to wait for three hours to get my room, which was frustrating, especially considering I'd already checked in online. To make matters worse, the staff seemed uncooperative and arrogant, which made the whole experience feel really unwelcoming.
