Modern Comfort in Long Bay near Beach & Cafes

“Given the shortage of options in the Auckland CBD, I was grateful to find this comfortable place.”

The bed was super comfy, the shower worked well, and the place was really quiet. Getting into the village was a breeze and it had everything I needed. The only downside was that there was no desk for my business trip, so I had to find another spot to work. Still, it was a solid spot to sleep and met my expectations.

The new build felt modern, quiet, and spotless. The hosts were quick to respond and the check‑in was a breeze. The location fits my needs perfectly. The PIR sensor in the corner is overly sensitive and keeps tripping whenever I shift in bed; it would help if there was an option to disable it during a stay.

“Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit”

Eigenlijk alles .Zou niet weten wat er mis mee was . Volgens mij was het gloed nieuw . En nog nooit mee gemaakt een toilet met verwarmde bril en andere functies 😀. Kortom top . En supermarkt en wat horeca op loopafstand!. Zou het niet weten

“Good value in a quickly developing space”

Getting into the room was straightforward and hassle‑free. The room sits only a few kilometres from the Te Araroa trail, and there’s a bus stop right outside, making a quick trip into town a short walk down the hill. The space feels modern and clean, and the amenities include coffee and tea. The toilet feels like something out of the future. The downside is that the location requires a bit of a climb up a sizable hill, and because the room is a separate entry in a walk‑out basement, we could sometimes hear someone on the other side of a locked door. The mattress also has a noticeable dip.
