I liked my very clean room, all the signs were perfect, and the staff were kind and attentive. The app told me to make several reservations but there was only one, and I tried it on Despegar too, but it got canceled.

“Pasable”

The room was spacious and safe. There were no blankets for the cold weather, the shower water came out in tiny, scattered jets, and the staff offered very little customer service. I don’t want to generalize, but this is how it was in Oaxaca: the service is bad, they seem lazy or annoyed when asked for something. We asked for the invoice and had to be there the last day, explaining how to convert a PDF to Word and add our name to the receipt; the last guy at reception had the nerve to say he would send the file and we’d do it ourselves. I’m not sure if it’s just laziness or if poor service is ingrained.

The rooms were cleaned. The sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the location was poorly served.

It brands itself as a motel & hotel, implying rooms are rented by the hour for sex, which shouldn’t be listed as a hotel. I’m glad the staff were helpful and surprised that I showed up, but I regret this choice. I could hear people through the walls at 3 am engaging in sex, which was very unpleasant. The room was stuffy with no real windows, towels were grey instead of white, and the location is on the highway with no other decent infrastructure nearby.
