I was told I only needed to stay one night, yet I paid for two nights and was forced to leave early; I requested a refund for the second night but received no response after calling and messaging, so I had to book another hotel.

The only thing I liked was the location. I didn’t like that they promised daily cleaning and didn’t keep it up. They put us in a basement with a view of a place that looked like a pigsty. The shower was dirty and full of hair, it flooded all the time. The shower screen hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The room smelled awful. Everything was dirty, with damp on the walls and floor. The carpet was dirty when we arrived and they didn’t clean it even once. The room was too small for three people. We requested a better room and got no response. Very bad, it’s clear they just want the money and don’t care about guests. The people upstairs threw a party until 3 am in the room above, blasting music, and because no staff were in the hotel they didn’t intervene.
