The spot is handy, just a short walk from Causeway Market, but the manager and staff were rude and unhelpful. Hot water didn’t arrive on time, pushing back my morning routine and adding extra travel. The overall service was disappointing, and I wouldn’t suggest staying here, especially with better options nearby.

The service was excellent, staff were friendly and especially Hamza worked with great dedication. The only issue wasn’t related to the hotel itself; I was disturbed by external noise.
