We always pick Crown because it sits in a convenient spot and everything is easy to reach. The rooms are roomy, though it seems they’re currently being upgraded. All in all, it’s a comfortable place to stay, and the accessibility keeps us coming back. A small mix‑up happened when we asked that our breakfast be handed to the security staff on the 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift as a small thank‑you. The request had been approved, but the morning F&B Team Leader didn’t hand out the breakfast as directed. I later found out the breakfast was never given, and by the time the mistake was noticed, the breakfast service was already over. The Front Office and the Food & Beverage Supervisor dealt with the situation professionally and sorted the misunderstanding. Since the food was gone, I ended up buying food for the two security personnel myself as a small token of appreciation for their hard work.
