The Arrabelle at Vail Square, a RockResort, sits a five‑minute walk from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, offering ski‑in/ski‑out access, ski storage, and a ski pass vendor. Guests enjoy an outdoor rooftop lap pool, hot tubs, a 24‑hour reception, fitness and business centers, and fine dining at Tavern on the Square.

The location was great and the view from the hot tub was spot on. However, there was no room service or housekeeping for a two‑night stay, which feels like a missing full‑service element. At this price point, both should be available seven days a week. Covid is over; people, let’s get back to full service at five‑star places.

The room was well appointed, car service was great, and the staff were helpful. The room size and bathroom were excellent, but the living area of the suite was awkward for TV viewing. The menu selection was identical across the dining room, tavern, and room service.

I had a wonderful stay at the Arrabelle in Vail. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and my room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The large king‑sized bed was extremely comfortable, down to the elegant top pillowcases monogrammed with the Arrabelle “A.” The room also had a gas fireplace, a feature that would be great during colder months. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully appointed, with double sinks, a separate shower, and a large bathtub. Everything about the room felt upscale, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic: numerous restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, and Vail Village is just a short ride away. I especially appreciated the hotel’s courtesy vehicle; although Vail has a shuttle bus system, the Arrabelle’s courtesy vehicle picked me up right at the hotel, eliminating the need to walk to a bus stop and making it exceptionally convenient to get to and from Vail Village. Every staff member throughout the hotel was courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The valet team deserves a special mention—they were always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The Arrabelle offers a wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, excellent service, an outstanding location, and thoughtful amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that I couldn’t stay for longer!

The breakfast included was great, and I appreciated that it was part of the resort fee. The location was great and the room was comfortable. The pool area was great to spend some time at; I may return in the future. I specifically requested an accessible room with a restroom that would accommodate someone with a disability in a wheelchair, including a walk‑in/roll‑in shower and grab bars for safety. I made this request and called the Arrabelle Resort three times to ensure the room would be available. I was told it was, however, upon arrival the room was not available, so my family member with the disability had to use other means to shower comfortably and safely. I would ask that you help accommodate these requests with the resorts you work with to ensure the comfort and safety of those with a disability.

The room was beautiful and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The food was also amazing. I definitely will stay again. I thought that parking was a bit expensive considering how much the rooms were.
