Very friendly and attentive staff who help with everything; requests are fulfilled immediately, which was really good. When asking questions, the staff were competent and focused. We were very satisfied. The view was just a wall, which was a bit disappointing.

Our time there was fantastic; the personnel were exceptionally kind, friendly and always ready to assist, constantly going the extra mile to provide everything we needed, handling every request promptly and with a smile, and their outstanding service and sincere care made the experience even better, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, so I highly recommend it and would love to return.

The spot was spot on and the view from my room was gorgeous; the room itself was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.
