The host is sweet and helpful, especially when I asked where to get boiling water; she immediately started helping. She’s old, so her ability to keep order is limited, but she’s very courteous. The place feels more like a guest house than a hotel; I was allowed to use the kitchen, yet it was uncomfortable to cook there. The owners live on the first floor and receive many visitors, so the street is noisy. People stay late under the windows and laugh loudly. The mattresses are very firm, the room lighting is poor, and the towels are stiff. The windows and mirrors are dirty, there’s no kettle or cups, so I had to bother the host for them.
