This place is a scam: when you arrive the host does not come out and tells you it’s fully booked even though you have a reservation. This place is a scam: when you arrive the host does not come out and tells you it’s fully booked even though you have a reservation.

“What stay?”

I was shocked when the hotel texted me a couple of hours before my family’s arrival saying they couldn’t host us because they were fully booked since yesterday morning, and the booking confirmation number 5010424765 turned out to be fictitious or unfulfillable, which was an unacceptable inconvenience.

“I didn't stay at the facility. I arrived only to become aware that they had declined my booking despite Booking.com”

The place kept showing up as available on the website even though it had been fully booked for over a day, which made the whole experience frustrating.
