“Extremely disappointing, overpriced and far below the advertised five-star standard.”
The hotel’s central location was convenient, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We paid over €1,300 for three nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday, expecting a five‑star experience. Instead, the swimming pool was dirty and poorly maintained, with leaves and dark deposits. I was worried about letting my daughter swim. The bathroom had a terrible drainage smell, the Wi‑Fi failed repeatedly despite reporting it, and damaged flooring caused me to cut my foot and bleed. Even worse, hotel management has failed to respond to our formal complaint, despite repeated attempts to contact them. Completely unacceptable for a five‑star hotel at this price.
