Very friendly management; we got delayed by heavy traffic and my GPS sent us the wrong way, so we arrived much later than expected. The chap was super understanding and accommodating under the circumstances. Clean, warm and comfortable with attention to detail.

I have stayed here several times over the last few years and it is always excellent. Super staff, great food, and a warm welcome each time. The location is great for me, close to family and friends, near the M6 and convenient for the Yorkshire Dales and Lakes. No issues.
