Extremely clean with daily room cleaning. The property is well‑maintained and located in an idyllic setting with sweet cats. 😅 The owners are nice and helpful. The breakfast could be a bit more balanced; those who usually eat healthily might find the sweets overwhelming.

Terre di Ginepro is a fantastic agriturismo. Elvio and Elisa are very kind people who make guests feel at home. We had a spacious room (no. 88) with a large terrace. The location is quiet and only a half‑hour drive from La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Elvio and Elisa give good tips on what to do in the area and when the best time is to visit places like Cinque Terre. Elvio booked a nearby restaurant for us the first evening where we ate wonderfully. We booked for three nights but ended up staying an extra night, which was no problem and we spent another day enjoying the pool. It’s a place we’d love to return to.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay feel welcoming. The rooms and the overall property stay very quiet, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The building’s architecture is lovely, and the concierge gave fantastic restaurant recommendations. I have nothing to complain about.
