Delicious rooms close to the station, and public transport makes the city centre of Berlin easily reachable. Everything was to my liking!

The central location is great, but the price is a bit steep.

The cleaning staff were friendly, and the location is fine. The hotel is pretty good overall. On hot days the nights were really warm; the “air conditioning” actually doesn’t work because, according to staff, it’s linked to the Arkade shopping mall and they have no control over it. Outside the hot season there were no issues. Longer stays should also have better rates.

Incredible value for money! The spot is a little far from the centre, but the train is a one‑minute walk, you hop on the S9 and you’re in the centre in 30 minutes. What else do you need? There’s a big mall next to it, a great café shop, and a train that can take you anywhere and runs 24/7.
