“Perfect experience”
I can’t fault this glamping experience, even though I’m fussy! It was our first in the U.K. The location was superb for accessing the coast, wildlife, and mountains. Check‑in was perfect, with friendly, helpful hosts. I liked that there were only a handful of tents, well spaced out for privacy, with lovely views. Our spaniel especially enjoyed watching the red kites. We stayed during the first weekend of the year when storm Dave hit, and it was super warm, comfortable, and cozy. Dan kept an eye on the weather to keep us safe in high winds; the tents were super secure. It felt like an adventure in nature. The fire kept the tent warm, and plenty of wood was delivered daily. The beds were super warm and comfortable. There was plenty of space and everything needed for a day of relaxation and games. I appreciated the little things that make a big difference, like salt, pepper, foil, and the sweet treat from Daz. The sunny days were spent exploring the glorious beaches, coast, and countryside. It was cute to see all the children gathering in the morning to feed the animals. I also tried the sausages I brought home—they look good. I would definitely recommend it! The only downside was wishing I lived closer. Earlier check‑in or later check‑out would be nice when traveling so far to make the most of the wonderful environment. There’s only one tent with a hot tub, and it’s not obvious which one you’re booking.
