The receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and very interactive with us; the hotel is pet friendly, but we couldn't hear the neighbors because the walls are thin. The mattress had a spring sticking out of the side, and my husband cut his leg on it. The first pet‑friendly room they gave us smelled, and the staff said most pet‑friendly rooms have an odor, unless they are cleaned properly.
