I really liked the location, perfect for exploring Venice, and above all the staff’s welcome was truly exceptional, very friendly and attentive. There was nothing to note.

The location was excellent, just around the corner from a piazza with small restaurants and bars, and about a 10–15 minute walk from San Marco. The hotel manager was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean, making for a lovely stay.

The location was good, the room was renovated and new, but it was quite small and they didn’t clean it daily.

The location was quiet, the host was welcoming and available, but the bathroom had a tape covering the shower.

Good location, but this B&B didn’t include breakfast. Towels had a moldy smell, were rough, and uncomfortable. The shower was tiny, and there was no shampoo. It definitely doesn’t deserve a 9 rating as listed—far too expensive for what you get.
