“Gute Lage, witziges Konzept – für eine Nacht völlig okay.”
We stayed in room B, which had a quirky design that was a nice change of pace. For a single night it was fine, but a longer stay would have felt cramped. The hotel’s location is great, about a 10‑minute ferry ride to the central station and straight into Amsterdam’s heart. Unfortunately the room is visibly dated and shows severe wear. The air‑conditioning worked well only in the lower part of the room, while the TV in the upper section was completely non‑functional. The staircase from the bedroom down is steep and uncomfortable, and the room had a strong odor of cleaning chemicals that we found unpleasant.
