The hotel was absolutely wonderful, comfortable, and clean, and our room offered a stunning view of the Mississippi River. However, the smoke detector on the wall opposite the bed flashed a bright red light that was hard to ignore while trying to sleep; I had to pile my blanket in front of my face to block it, which was a bit aggravating for someone with ADHD who already struggles to sleep.

I loved the ninth‑floor bar with its view; the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was also pleased to learn that they offered shuttles to and from the arena for the concert we were attending.

I had to reschedule a night of a cross‑country road trip and ended up here; I hadn’t focused on the location or amenities before, but we were delighted to find the 9th‑floor restaurant. We enjoyed great cocktails and snacks while watching the sunset over the Mississippi, making for a really great stay. Breakfast was decent, and parking was easy.
