Everything! Book rooms on the top floors for a nice view of the mountains, and in the morning you can see the sunrise straight from the room. The hosts were friendly like the rest of the staff, and they helped with everything, including arranging transfers (you can go with someone else to get a better deal). Breakfasts were varied, there was a terrace to sit on. They also mentioned that sometimes there are movie nights and other activities like mountain trips, etc. The mattress and pillows were super soft—a huge plus after long mountain hikes. We returned late at night, and they even allowed us to place another order so we wouldn't be left hungry. I would advise improving the breakfasts. I lacked vegetables and greens per serving (because 1 little tomato wasn't enough for me 😅).

I landed right next to the lift, which was convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcomed me, but the check‑in was delayed by 30 minutes because they were still tidying up the breakfast area. The breakfast itself was tasty and the waiters were pleasant. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, making sleep nearly impossible. If you combine two single beds, a gap appears in the middle that really disrupts rest. The staff living nearby kept running and opening the door in and out, and a washing machine was running at night, preventing any decent sleep. We ordered a sauna, but it was a mediocre experience; I’d rather look elsewhere for that.

The professional staff were wonderful, the location was ideal, the food was tasty, the rental services, movie nights, and saunas were great. I especially appreciated the tables in the rooms, something that’s often missing in other hotels. We were lucky to stay in a room where a smoke‑pipe from the saunas seemed to run through, keeping the room constantly warm and perfectly heated. I deducted two points for the room and restaurant setup. The room’s bathroom lacked shelves, even though there was enough space for them. In the restaurant, the sight of animal and bird carcasses was very unpleasant, which worried the children and made me uncomfortable.

I’m grateful to the staff for taking my shoes to dry. I came down from the mountains in the rain, all soaked, and they immediately offered to dry my clothes, heat the sauna, and move me to a more comfortable room. I was impressed by that approach, so the hotel left a very pleasant impression.

The spa area and sauna were good. The staff spoke Russian, which was a downside.
