The location is good, with restaurants 200 m away and easy access to historic sights, and the cleaning was fine. Before checking in, they asked via WhatsApp for a photocopy of my ID to give me a code for the key box, which felt “illegal”; after entering the room they offered a jacuzzi inside the room that would add half the price, which I didn’t want; after a shower the water ran out, surprising since I’d paid extra for the jacuzzi that would have used more hot water.
