A fantastic rural cottage, nothing like the typical vacation rental—an authentic little house with all the comforts and some extras. The owner is very attentive. The area has a lot of mosquitoes, and we found ourselves with doors and windows closed when we realized some had already gotten in.

The location is the only redeeming factor. The photos are at least ten years old. The cleanliness was awful—large spiders in the beds, the facilities were terrible (one bed was a pool hammock on a mattress, another bed was unmade and without linens, and we had booked for five people but only three beds were made, let alone a fourth). I had confirmed the pet accommodation through the platform and was told there was a €20 cleaning surcharge; the owner later claimed I hadn’t notified about the pet and that it was €30 extra. The kitchen soap was diluted with water, there was no shower gel, no trash bags, and only about four rolls of toilet paper, some of which were partially used (we were five people for six days). I made multiple calls to find out check‑in and check‑out times; if I didn’t answer, a caller would appear at the door (it didn’t feel like a vacation). I was told to park in the garage entrance, but a neighbor complained that my car was a nuisance. The only thing that wasn’t ruined was the location, and that’s about it.

The rustic style of the house is great. It was too hot in summer because there’s no air conditioning; at least it should have fans.
