The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the balcony offered a nice city view. However, the room smelled of stale cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. The bedding was insufficient because it was cold; I asked for an extra blanket and pillow but was told there were none available because the hotel was full. The bathroom smelled bad and was extremely cramped. The side light in the bedroom was broken, making the room generally unpleasant.

The location is very central, close to main sights and all amenities nearby. The staff are pleasant. There's a cigarette smell in the room. The bathroom is very cramped with no shower cabin and a sink directly in the room. There's no bath mat or hair dryer.

The location was great, and the owner was enthusiastic and fun. Remzi helped me a lot, paid my car fare, and waited with me for the minibus.
