I had no positives to mention, but the shower cabin was impossible to improvise with.

The price was cheap, the big room had a balcony, parking was included, and there was a place to leave bicycles. It was a bit noisy because it’s close to the main street.

On the ground floor, the windows can only be tilted at night, so the air feels stale and poor. There is no reception and no people visible. Overall, the building needs renovation.
