Miglioranzi Rooms

Breakfast was generous with a good selection. The host took great care of us, especially after we had all our clothes stolen on the train at the Swiss/Italian border; he even arranged a taxi to buy replacements. Both bedrooms lacked a comfortable chair, and the traffic noise from a big city junction was a bit distracting.

The room and bathroom were lovely, and the shower worked well. The breakfast package was excellent, and the terrace was a nice spot to relax in the morning and evening, though the traffic noise there was noticeable but didn’t ruin our stay. Communication before arrival was very good, and Roman was kind and helpful when we had a flat tyre. The walk to the centre of Verona was scenic and took about 20 minutes.

Recepcionista nos atendeu super bem, permitiu acesso antes do horário para guardar as malas, café da manhã grande e variado, quartos grandes e confortáveis. As únicas coisas de que não gostei são as de sempre: coisas que têm a ver com o booking, informações faltantes e erradas. Booking precisa melhorar, e muito, seu site e as informações que passam a cada cliente

The communication beforehand was very friendly. We met warmly at breakfast, and they asked about our preferences. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, and they checked again if everything was suitable for us. The communal kitchen was clean and equipped with a coffee machine and fridge. We can only recommend the hospitality. The only real drawback was the street intersection in front of the house; the window was only partially blocked.
