We had a really relaxing family vacation here. The hotel was super comfortable and convenient for us. I wish they had more activities for kids, but overall it was a great experience.
The hotel room was spotless and felt really luxurious. My only gripe is that they expect you to wear a hat in the adult pool - I'm not sure what the point of that is.
The pool and laser show were definitely highlights of our stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the location - it's a bit far from everything, and there's no convenience store nearby. The pool area is also a bit of a trek from the elevator, which was annoying. To top it off, the pool is pretty deep, even for adults, and they didn't provide hats, which was really weird for an outdoor pool.
