We booked a room and messaged them at 5pm saying we'd probably arrive after midnight - no response to 8 calls at different times. They advertised 24-hour reception, so we assumed someone would be there to help. But when we arrived, there was literally no one around - no reception, no staff. We ended up without a place to sleep and had to find another spot with the help of two guys at 2:30am.
