Everything was superb, comfortable for the price, and the accommodation was truly excellent; breakfast was very good, the hotel is close to the airport, and I was very satisfied with Ikea and the on‑site parking—nothing was missing.

The reception greeted us very politely. The room was tidy and cozy, with a fridge and a fan. The breakfast buffet was very convenient, and everything was great.
The TVs are tiny, like tablets, the building is poorly insulated and the bathroom smells like a damp PRL-era apartment with mold, there's no kettle in the room, the beds are uncomfortable and almost collapse, the linens feel hospital‑grade, and overall the standard is very low. I understand that at this price you won’t get top‑tier amenities in Kraków, but that’s a given. Breakfast was tasty but modest.
