Hotel Karat did not provide breakfast and informed me that I would receive a refund for the breakfast fee from . Today two weeks have passed since my stay in Warsaw and I have not yet received the refund. Please let me know when I will receive the refund.

The proximity to the office and the price were good. The bed was okay, nothing special. For the price it was decent, but not for more than 1–2 nights. The building shows its age in the room condition. The key lock was heavier than a laptop ;) The TV only showed two channels, and the others were marked as unavailable in the package.

The location was perfect, the price was good, the old‑school hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and nice. I wouldn’t ask for anything better.

Jedynym plusem jest lokalizacja hotelu. Poza tym standard i warunki pobytu zdecydowanie pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Niestety, pobyt w tym hotelu okazał się dużym rozczarowaniem. Pokoje oraz łazienka są w bardzo słabym stanie i zdecydowanie wymagają generalnego remontu. Standard zdecydowanie nie odpowiada temu, czego można oczekiwać od obiektu. Śniadanie było jednym z powodów, dla których wybrałam tę opcję rezerwacji. Niestety, ostatecznie śniadania nie otrzymaliśmy, ponieważ poinformowano nas, że hotel miał problemy z kuchnią. Szkoda, że nie zostaliśmy o tym wcześniej poinformowani

The staff were friendly, smiling and very helpful, and the location was great—trams, buses, and small shops were all nearby. The only downside was that on the 5th floor the tap water took a while to warm up.
